Best Dressed. Get your garlic on!

Best dressed dressings! Read the Asian Style for my take on why you should always make your own!

Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette: 

Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil, with a little olive oil salt and pepper (not too much!) and place  on a baking sheet. Place in the oven at 350 degrees -Roast it for 30-40 min or until soft and golden brown. Remove the foil and let it cool.

  • 5 cloves of Roasted Garlic
  • Pinch Kosher Salt
  • Pinch Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2 fresh lemons Juiced
  • 1 cup Good quality olive oil

Place all ingredients in a small mixer or blender and allow garlic to incorporate into dressing until all ingredients are blended or emulsified.

Tip: great for steak salads, normal everyday salads, or just top off some endive and eat up!
